When the same pattern is displayed on an LCD or PDP panel for a long time, the panel may show burn-in. The burn-in level can be inspected by measuring it continuously with a CCD camera. Variations per hour in difference of brightness at half-tone are displayed graphically after designation of two points on a black and white lattice pattern.
