This device is used to analyze the changes in brightness over the whole length of thin and long fluorescent tubes and cold cathode tubes against the transfer of the X stage using images taken using a CCD color camera.
Process procedure
1.
Press the execution key.
2.
Input the time interval.
3.
Read the image data and store the brightness data.
4.
Repeat the measurement the appropriate number of times.
5.
Display the graph of the brightness data.
6.
Input the file name in which to store the brightness data.
